The Tritton AX Visor includes additional features such as an OLED caller ID screen located underneath the black bezel, a fully rechargeable lithium-ion battery which can be charged via USB or an included car adapter, full hands-free voice command support, and Bluetooth 2.0 headset and hands-free profile support.
The AX Visor is equipped with two separate modes which utilize different tasks. When in the "hands-free" car mode, the device utilizes a uni-directional microphone which is designed to enhance sound quality. When in the "speakerphone" mode the device activates an omni-directional microphone. The difference between the two is related to the surrounding environment; each blocks out outside noise depending on specific noise levels.
